BOOKING YOUR
RESERVATIONS
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking. The balance of two
nights lodging is due within ten days. Final payment in full is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival, sixty (60) days for Holiday season.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A credit card is required to cover any telephone charges, damage or excessive cleaning.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We prefer personal checks, but also accept VISA, Mastercard, Travelers Checks and wire transfers of cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made for 45 days prior to arrival receive a refund less a $100 handling fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the house is re-booked; if the house is re-booked, the amount recovered is refunded, less a $100 handling fee. Holiday Season cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive a refund less a $100 handling fee. For cancellations made 59 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the house is re-booked; if the house is re-booked, the amount recovered is refunded, less a $100 handling fee.

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
MAID SERVICE
Prior to arrival, house is cleaned and provided with fresh linens, towels and consumable goods such as soaps and paper products. Published rates do not include daily maid service. All stays of eight nights or more receive a linen change along with a towel change/trash removal midway through the stay. Additional maid service available at cost of $200 per cleaning..

No pets are allowed.

This is a smoke free house.
